We apologise, but at the moment it’s not possible to make a booking with Kenny as he is currently focusing on developing new products and treatments. You can feel confident however, that as all the Kenny Anker Brow Artists are trained by Kenny himself, you will always be in the hands of an expert technician during your treatment.

Yes you can! This is an excellent combination of treatments because it targets the complete eye area and will create your total, individual look. That’s why we offer a bundle of both the Signature Brow Lift and the Lash Lift which you can find in the booking system under the category ‘Brow Packages’.

Several of our customers choose to go with a friend or a family member. You can either call your nearest Studio, or you and your friend can book online an appointment separately but in the same time slot or right after each others picked time.

It’s quick and easy to cancel an appointment through our online booking system, but you must do this at least 24 hours in advance of the treatment, as stated in our booking policy. In the situation where you need to cancel within those 24 hours, please call the Brow Studio directly for assistance.

It’s different for everybody, but mostly, lashes stay in place and hold their shape after a Lash Lift treatment for approximately four to six weeks. Depending on your care, the health of your lashes, even the activities you choose – such as frequent swimming which adds extra wear and tear – means sometimes the treatment holds for longer and at other times, it might not last quite as long! To keep lashes always looking lovely, we would suggest a Lash Lift every five weeks.

Yes! At our KENNY ANKER Brow Studios we always offer a FREE Lash Tint to color lashes as you desire during the Lash Lift treatment!

While we are always looking to expand our Treatment Menu, we will only ever offer treatments that reach our gold-standards! We do not offer Brow Lamination because we view it as a quick fix that can cause lasting damage. This technique can dry the brow hair, making it weak and brittle, risking the natural healthy appearance of brows.

If you’ve had allergic reactions in the past to beauty treatments, have sensitive skin or simply just aren’t sure how your skin might react, we always advise a FREE allergy test to make sure your skin can tolerate color. We will need to do this in advance of your treatment. The procedure is simple, we place a small spot of color on your wrist and ask you to observe it over 24 hours, watching for any reactions. If there are no changes, it is likely that you can tolerate color, however please be aware that the process is not 100% guaranteed. Book your FREE allergy test online at kennyanker.dk

During the month after your treatment, brows will gradually start to grow back, meaning you will start to lose definition and the color may fade due to daily contact with skincare, makeup, sun and water etc. We therefore recommend that you return for our Touch Up treatment four weeks after your Signature Brow Lift to help keep your brows in top condition. If you prefer to wait a little longer – between four to six weeks – we would then suggest you repeat the Signature Brow Lift.

Yes, whatever treatment you choose we will always discuss your individual needs and requirements before we proceed. All our treatments are available with and without color. So just let your Kenny Anker Brow Artist know your preferences – such as no color – during your pre-treatment consultation. Please note, treatment price remains the same.

We advise the 24 hour rule – keep water and makeup away from the eye area for 24 hours as it is most important to keep lashes dry. This allows enough time for your lashes to settle into their new shape and will avoid your newly curled lashes reverting to straight! So … steam from high heat such as a sauna, swimming, baths, showers, excessive perspiration from exercising, applying mascara and cleansing the eye area should all be avoided.

Following your treatment, because skin can be very sensitive after the waxing, it’s best to avoid the use of harsh skincare products such as scrubs, peels and acids. But do keep the area clean, moisturized and free of bacteria – so don’t use dirty makeup brushes. Do make sure to apply sunscreen!

Some will find that their lashes do not lift properly, after their first treatment. Therefore, we offer a 5-day guarantee, which allows you to contact the studio where you had your lash lift made. You must contact per. mail or phone no later than 3 days after your treatment, and we will find a time no later than 7 days after the first treatment, where you can have your lashes re-lifted without extra payment. If the deadline is not met, we can unfortunately not help. Since lash lift is a chemical treatment, few people will experience that their lashes will not lift at all. The guarantee only covers one reprocessing, as it will cause too much damage on the lashes when treated several times. We do not refund the amount, as it unfortunately is impossible to predict how lashes will react to the lash lift.

A Signature Brow Lift is for you who want a customized treatment that compliments your face and eyebrows. The treatment is aimed at anyone who wants a nice and natural lift to the face. Since we only work with the organic eyebrow and do not apply anything other than a semi-permanent color, you will never be able to get more eyebrows than what you came with. Instead, if you want to get more eyebrows, we recommend using an active sera that can stimulate your hair growth and you can thereby add more fullness to your natural eyebrows.

Yes you can! If you have permanent makeup done on your eyebrows, your eyebrows will most likely still need to be coloured and waxed. The brow hair will continue to grow out, outside the form where you have received permanent makeup - and we can help with that by shaping and colouring your natural eyebrows with our Signature Brow Lift treatment.

At KENNY ANKER, we do not do permanent makeup. We only work with the organic eyebrow, and therefore only shape your eyebrows based on your eyebrow's natural starting point. We believe in achieving beautiful results without adding any permanent facial treatments, but we are never afraid to add a little extra ka-pow using our KENNY BROWS products.

At KENNY ANKER, anyone can get a treatments done. We only use professional color and wax. As with most things, there is always a risk of allergies and irritations when coloring or waxing, but this applies whether you are pregnant or not. Some pregnant women opt out of color in their treatment, but most do not see it as a problem as the color is mild and should only sit for a short time. We leave it up to the individual to assess. However, you must be aware of whether you can lie on your back during the treatment, as not all pregnant women can lie on their back during the entire treatment.

We recommend that a minimum of 5 weeks pass from the last Lash Lift treatment. After 5-6 weeks, enough new lashes will have grown out, so we will be able to make a new beautiful re-buck of your natural lashes. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your Lash Lift maintained every 5-6 weeks. NOTE: By using the correct home care you will be able to maintain the health and better.

You can easily get a Signature Sure! You can get a Signature Brow Lift done despite few brow hairs. With a Siganture Brow Lift treatment, we will be able to highlight every single hair and make even sparse eyebrows look fuller and shaped. If in doubt, you can take advantage of our FREE 15-minute eyebrow consultation, which you can easily book via the online booking. The consultation consists of an informal and non-committal talk - you do not commit to anything, but have the opportunity to ask all your questions and get expert advice in relation to your lashes and eyebrows. A KENNY ANKER Brow Stylist will help you find the treatment that will work best for you.

You can easily get a Lash Lift treatment done without having your lashes colored. If you do not want - or can not tolerate - color, this step can simply be skipped. At KENNY ANKER, color is included in the treatment, as we believe that color will highlight your Lash Lift in a beautiful and natural way. The color can be selected as brown or black depending on the result you want.

Signature Brow Lift: Before you get to your Signature Brow Lift treatment, avoid spray tan and self tanner at least seven days before the treatment, as the color can affect eyebrow staining. Avoid laser, peeling, facials and similar treatments that can make your skin around the eyebrows extra sensitive at least 3 days before the treatment, as we wax the area around the eyebrow and there will be an increased risk that your skin will react to the wax. Lash Lift: It must be at least 4 weeks since you last had a Lash Lift done. If you arrive earlier than 4 weeks, we can unfortunately not carry out the treatment, as your lashes are only ready for a new Lash Lift after 4-6 weeks.

Yes, you can. However, after a Lash Lift treatment, the lashes must not get wet for the first 24 hours, which is why we do not recommend it during that time.

Every Brow Stylist has been selected and trained to gold standard by Kenny Anker. The Stylist levels reflect how much experience the Stylist in question has and how long they have been performing brow and lash treatments. You can therefore safely book any Stylist level, as everyone has undergone the same training.

We love young children and animals, however we respectfully ask that for their safety – because treatments are such that you won’t be able to monitor them properly – and so that we can maintain our relaxing studio atmospheres, it’s best if they don’t accompany you to a treatment.

Yes, our treatments are for those who are 13 years old and above. This is because at a younger age brows and lashes are delicate and can be easily damaged, while skin can be more sensitive to procedures such as waxing, tweezing and color. We have created ‘Teen Brows’ a natural-look treatment designed as a first brow experience for our younger clients who are 13 and older. Clients between the ages of 13 and 18 must have their treatment booked by a parent or guardian and made in their name, then either let a stylist know by phone or leave a comment online when booking, to be clear who will actually be receiving the treatment.

Our stylists each have their professional Instagram profiles, where you are welcome to write directly to them and ask questions. You are also welcome to call our Studios, where you can get hold of one of our skilled stylists. Note, however, that our stylists are in treatment most of the time and will not always be able to answer calls - should this happen, will we always call back as soon as possible if you have had to call in vain.

You will receive your gift card within 24 hours of ordering it. It will be sent to the email you used to complete the order.
